For standalone "listing-only" claims, a manual review by our team is required and can take some time.
Do I need technical skills to set up my AI Assistant?
Not at all. The AI is designed to be "plug-and-play." It automatically learns from the details you provide on your listing page (services, hours, prices...). If you want to customize it further or sync your preferences, our interface is 100% code-free and intuitive.
Can the AI Assistant handle bookings on its own?

Can I use the AI Assistant on my own website or phone line?
Absolutely. We provide a dedicated 2nd phone line that can receive calls forwarded from your main line when you’re busy. The AI can even handover calls back to your main line if a human touch is needed. With a connected account, you can also integrate this same "brain" into WhatsApp and your own website via a simple widget.
Is there a limit on how many customers the AI can talk to?
No! Unlike traditional answering services that charge by the minute or the lead, GetOblic offers unlimited interactions. Whether you have 5 or 500 inquiries a month, your AI Assistant stays active with no overages, caps, or usage-based surprises.
